“What skin types are your products suitable for?”

Our products are crafted with natural ingredients. suitable for all skin types including oily, dry, combination, normal, and sensitive. 

“Are your products cruelty-free”

Yes, we ensure all ingredients used are ethically sourced and cruelty-free. Please check each products’ description for details. 

“What’s the difference between natural, organic, and clean beauty?”

Natural beauty contains products made with ingredients derived from nature (e.g. plants, minerals, or other natural sources) rather than chemicals.

Organic beauty contains products that must meet specific certification standards (e.g. USDA Organic, COSMOS Organic).

Clean beauty contains products made without potentially harmful or toxic ingredients (e.g. parabens, sulfates, phthalates). Clean beauty focuses on safety rather than being 100% natural or organic.

TouchMe SKIN Collection is a natural skincare brand that is committed to ethical and high-quality formulations. We avoid animal-derived ingredients, harmful chemicals, and animal testing. The collection consist of natural and organic ingredients, (mango butter, shea butter, sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, grape seed oil, apricot oil, and other plant oils). Our aromatic blends contains essential oils and fragrance oils. The fragrance oils used are vegan, premium-grade, cruelty-free, phthalate-free, and skin-safe. TouchMe SKIN Collection prioritizes ingredient safety and a luxury skin-care experience.

“Do you offer products for sensitive skin?”

Our unscented option, “Bare” is ideal for sensitive skin. It’s crafted with all of the same ingredients found in our products, minus the essential oils. 

What is the shelf-life of your products?”

Most of our products are good for 2 years unless otherwise specified (e.g. Our Toning Mist shelf life is 6-12 months). Our products are made with a natural preservative (Geoguard Ultra) and natural ingredients— free from harmful chemicals. With proper care such as keeping products away from water and storing them in cool & dry areas, you will enjoy the best results.

“How often should I use your products?”

Everyday. Exfoliants should be used 2-3 times per week though. Usage instructions are provided on each products’ packaging.
